Exterior Zipper Retention Screens

The fully customized automatic zipper screens from SunStopper will keep you cool, dry and bug bite-free every summer. We offer them in a variety of widths and drops with two cassette size options, four unique frame finishes and numerous fabrics. The push-button operation makes it easy to extend or retract your patio screens as needed. UNIT DETAILS | 4" & 5" Zipper Screen

4" - Available in widths up to 168” (14’), measured from outside edge to outside edge of the cassette box.

5" - Available in widths up to 288” (24’), measured from outside edge to outside edge of the cassette box.

4" - Available in drops up to 144” (12’), measured from the top of the cassette box to the bottom of the hem/weight bar. Max drops not available in all fabrics.

5" - Available in drops up to 192” (16’), measured from the top of the cassette box to the bottom of the hem/weight bar. Max drops not available in all fabrics.

Powder coated aluminum hardware available in white, camel, spartan bronze and granular black.

Unit can be surface or recessed mounted. Cassette box can be mounted with wall or soffit install brackets.

Motorized or manually exterior hand crank operation.

Motorized options include Somfy’s Maestria obstacle detection RTS motor as well as other Network motors, full electronics are also available.

Heavy duty 78mm or 85mm galvanized steel roller tube

4” x 4” or 5" x 5" aluminum cassette box with aluminum cast end caps.

Select from several solar shading fabrics or solid acrylic fabric for full privacy.

Hem bar guides include side tracks, cables or a combination of both.

Standard seam placement will be as high as possible or specific seam placement is available. Seam placement is measured from the bottom of the hem/weight bar. Seams and pockets are ultrasonically glued for superior strength and added durability.
